It will be a new setup and this would enable me to serve the need and fill the gap in today’s fast paced opportunities/work environment by guiding the prospects who have the minimum access to the facilities and awareness in rural India particularly in Punjab state. Aim to exchange new age career/ opportunities and creating synergy in the career planning process. Try to share a fare and transparent inputs with the prospects may it be students or employees in any field. Slowly would get to jobs, employment generation and Personality development /finishing classes. Arrangements and tie-ups with various Schools and Higher education institutes will follow naturally by virtue of my network. Like to pursue with research in this field and will reach out and collaborate with the Govt, NGOs and likeminded people to further increase the footprints on required basis. Would like to take the valuable inputs and guidance from Edumilestone to create synergy in achieving the results for better customer satisfaction .

Managed functions pertains to Administration, Technical, Projects, Legal, HR, Logistics, Security ,T&D, Establishment, Inventory, Policy/SOP planning ,Quality Standards, Accreditations, Public Relations, Contract, Vendors, Admissions, Career Guidance, Conflict Resolution, Compliances, Operations and  Mission propagation. I had the few achievement to my credit are ; Adjudged as first in Merit as Instructor/Trainer: Commendation Medal for High Standard of professionalism and dedication to duty; Awarded twice with Trophy for overall best Administration/Maintenance of Unit, Commendation for organizing and leading a team of All- India Motorcycle Expedition; Directed, Organised and participated in several conferences, Symposia and seminars; Reviewed and redesigned Policies, Quality manuals, SOPs, ISO, Quality standards and Accreditation; Headed and organized several  Projects, Workshops, Boards, Inquiries; Member Quality council of India and Aeronautical Society of India, Rewarded with best Business Head for Revenue generation and customer satisfaction.; Directed, organized and participated in several Conferences, Symposia and Seminars.
